At last, an opportunity for all members to get together in a most convivial setting.
Please find attached the menu for our Christmas lunch to be held on Thursday 16th December at Chapel Gate/BU Sports Campus, BH23 6BL. It is the same venue as last year but is now under new ownership and completely refurbished. Please arrive by 12 noon, to allow time for a chat before we sit down to eat no later than 12:30. This will allow plenty of time for the meal and allow us to cycle home before the light goes. The price for the menu remains at £20, this is subsidised by Wessex CTC who will also provide a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine per table.
The caterers would like menu choices by the end of November, so if you would like to attend, please provide your menu selections and £20 payment over the next few weeks. This can be done either through your Runs Leader or directly to me by post
